A couple of my friends smoke and have expressed the want or need to quit cigarettes. My response has always been the same. How about you give yourself a 30 cigarette per day limit to start and subtract 1 from your limit each day until you get to 0? If executed you could potentially kick the habit in 30 days without having to make any sudden and drastic lifestyle change. They never take me up on it and I totally understand. We want to kick our problems ass, we don’t want to win by a field goal. But a win is a win.
